A concert will take place at the Mitino Cultural Center. Students and graduates of the Moscow State Institute of Culture — protégés of Professor Lyudmila Ovchinnikova’s class — will take the stage.
The program will feature works by Felix Mendelssohn, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Reinhold Glière, Gabriel Fauré, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Alexander Dargomyzhsky, Alexander Alyabyev, Alexander Varlamov, and Richard Wagner. Listeners will become acquainted with examples of chamber vocal music and operatic repertoire.
