A multifunctional technopark will appear in the Nagorny district

A project for a multifunctional scientific and production complex in the south of the capital has been approved. It will be located at: Varshavskoe Highway, property 36. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

“Mosgosexpertiza has issued a positive conclusion on the technopark project in the Nagorny district of the capital. It is planned to be built on a free land plot of about 2.4 hectares. It will be a multifunctional complex consisting of a business center and a scientific-production building. Their total area will exceed 120 thousand square meters,” said Vladimir Efimov.

The investor in the project is the Prime Life Development group of companies. The technopark will be built as part of the city’s program to encourage the creation of job opportunities.

“By order of Sergey Sobyanin, since 2020 the capital has been implementing a program to stimulate the creation of workplaces, which helps form new business and production centers near residential areas. During this time, the city has already approved the construction of more than 300 facilities of various purposes. One of them will be a multifunctional complex on Varshavskoe Highway, which will include an office center and a production building. After the complex is put into operation, 3,300 new jobs will be created here for the capital’s residents,” noted the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

The new multifunctional complex stimulates further economic development of the Nagorny district.

A building with an area of 57 thousand square meters will be allocated for an office center. The second building will be intended for scientific and production activities related to the manufacture of microelectronics. In addition, a boiler house and a checkpoint will appear on the construction site, added the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza). For the comfort of employees’ work and rest, the complex includes premises for shops and catering establishments. The buildings will be connected by a two-level underground parking lot with more than 600 parking spaces.
