Entrepreneurs can acquire a large-scale asset at open auctions commercial premises in the Tagansky district. It is located in a historic building on Yauzskaya Street. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“The uniqueness of the capital’s historical architecture can be used to emphasize the status and special character of a business. Premises in 19th-century buildings are regularly put up for city auctions. Currently, investors can compete for a large property in the Tagansky district on Yauzskaya Street. The area of 467.5 square meters and flexible use allow for various projects here. For example, the premises are suitable for opening an office, a multifunctional educational space, a cultural center, a private museum, or implementing other business projects. Applications to participate in the auction can be submitted until September 24,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at: 6 Yauzskaya Street, building 1. They occupy the first, second, and mezzanine floors of a non-residential two-story building — a cultural heritage site of regional significance “City Estate of E.I. Demidov — Rakhmanov, mid-18th century — 19th century. Main house, mid-18th century, first half of the 19th century, 1880-1890s.” The seller of the real estate is the metropolitan Department of City Property.
“Such premises in historic buildings in the Central Administrative District primarily attract interest from representatives of large businesses and investors. However, buyers of real estate in cultural heritage sites must remember that, in addition to acquiring premises in a prestigious area, they also take on the obligation to maintain it in accordance with preservation requirements. Thus, involving cultural heritage sites in economic circulation contributes to preserving the historical appearance of the capital through private funds of responsible businesses,” she added
Ekaterina Solovyeva, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
