In the first six months of 2026, PAO “NEFAZ”, a subsidiary of “KAMAZ” in Bashkortostan, produced 785 passenger buses, which is 51% more than the figure for the same period last year. The results for the first half of the year were announced by the CEO of PAO “NEFAZ”, Boris Khaziev, at an operational meeting held by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov.

The enterprise increased production volumes across the entire product line. From January to June 2026, the Neftekamsk Automobile Plant produced 1,900 special superstructures on KAMAZ chassis, 262 units of trailer equipment, 198 trucks, and 112 electric buses. In total, NEFAZ released products worth 15.3 billion rubles in the first half of the year, which is 36% more than in 2025. Boris Khaziev also noted that the enterprise continues active investment activities. Over six months of 2026, the investment portfolio reached 177 million rubles.

An important area of the plant’s work remains the training of personnel. In this regard, PAO “NEFAZ” implements the “Personnel Development” program. Training is conducted at its own training center, as well as at the Neftekamsk Engineering College. More than 180 employees serve as mentors for young people and receive additional remuneration for this work.

Moreover, starting from 2026, NEFAZ will participate in the “Professionalitet” program. Over the next three years, in cooperation with the Neftekamsk Engineering College and the Neftekamsk Multiprofile College, it is planned to conclude 450 targeted contracts for specialist training.

The Head of Bashkortostan thanked the factory team for their conscientious work and wished them further success in production. “NEFAZ is a company we are very proud of. It has gone through various stages of establishment and development. Now it is one of the most high-tech enterprises in the production of buses and electric buses., – emphasized Radiy Khabirov. – The Republic will continue to acquire new passenger transport for our cities.
