“At city auctions, investors can purchase non-residential premises for various needs. For example, those looking for a large space for an office, cultural venue, or medical center in Lefortovo will be interested in the lot on Dushinskaya Street. The object of free designation with an area of 319.9 square meters is located on the first floor and in the basement of a multi-apartment building and has a separate entrance. All documents and auction terms are posted on the ‘Moscow Trades’ website. Both legal entities and individuals can compete for the lot — the application deadline is August 20,” said Kirill Burtov.
The premises are located at 20 Dushinskaya Street. It is situated near the “Aviamotornaya” stations and the station of the same name on the third Moscow Central Diameter.
The auction will take place on September 1st on the online platform “Roseltorg”. Participation requires registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The seller of the property is the metropolitan Department of City Property.
