In the Beskudnikovsky district, open tenders have been announced three premises with free designation. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Premises on the ground floors of residential buildings are in high demand among investors: shops, pharmacies, and other retail outlets, order pickup points, sports infrastructure organizations, beauty industry businesses, and many others open there. Such businesses typically have a stable client flow from almost the first days of operation. Suitable premises can be purchased directly from the city at auctions. For example, currently, entrepreneurs have access to three free-purpose properties on Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, with areas ranging from 128.6 to 225.9 square meters. The main advantages of such a deal are the convenient electronic format and legal transparency. Applications to participate in the auctions will be accepted from August 20 to September 3,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located on the first floors of apartment buildings. The properties are located at the addresses: 5 Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, 25 Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, building 4, and 52 Beskudnikovsky Boulevard, building 1. The seller is Department of City Property of Moscow.
The auctions will take place on September 1 and 15 on the Roseltorg online platform. To participate, registration and a strengthened qualified electronic signature are required.
The city is auctioning various properties — from non-residential premises and buildings to parking spaces and land plots.
