The 11th phase of the consumer demand stimulation program will be held in the capital “Million Prizes”. This was reported by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), where a press conference was held on August 17 with the participation of representatives of the Moscow business community.

The event was attended by the President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Platonov, the First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian People’s Front (ONF) Sergey Gorbunov, Natalia Yeremina — Director of the Moscow Ice Cream Factory JSC “BRPI”, as well as the Head of the State Public Institution “New Management Technologies” Alexander Pischelko.

The ‘#ChoosingTogether2026 — Moscow’ campaign will take place as part of the elections for deputies of the IX convocation of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which will be held from September 18 to 20. All voters who voted online or using electronic voting terminals can join it. All participants will receive a prize of at least one thousand city points. Prizes with denominations of three, five, 10, and 50 thousand points will also be drawn.

Business Development

The President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vladimir Platonov, noted in his speech that, despite sanction pressures, the Moscow economy continues to develop, ranking second in the world among city economies. One of the main drivers of this development is small and medium-sized businesses. In 2025, more than 900 thousand small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operated in the capital — this accounts for over 85 percent of all city businesses and about 14 percent of the total number of SMEs in Russia.

“The city is consistently developing a comprehensive system to support entrepreneurship, including preferential lending and factoring, guarantees, subsidies and grants, educational programs, consultations, assistance in product promotion, and finding new markets. One of the effective support tools is the ‘Million Prizes’ program,” said Vladimir Platonov.

He added that more than 5.6 million Muscovites have participated in the “Million Prizes” program events so far. A new feature this time will be the participation not only of Moscow voters but also of all Russian citizens who decide to vote in Moscow and are included in the electronic voter list based on their location.

Charity events

First Deputy Head of the ONF Executive Committee Sergey Gorbunov, in turn, shared that 126 charitable foundations became partners of the campaign, and charity itself, as previous years’ experience shows, is one of the most popular directions. Over the entire duration of the program, participants have donated more than 470 million prize points to charitable causes.

In 2024, the charitable foundation “People’s Front. Everything for Victory!” joined the “Million Prizes” program. City residents can transfer points earned from participating in projects Active Citizen, “City of Tasks”, City of Ideas, “Our city”, “Electronic Home” and in the #ChoosingTogether campaigns. One point equals one ruble. During this period, the capital’s residents have donated over 125 million rubles to the fund. These figures once again confirm that Muscovites are ready to support the city’s initiatives and actively help those in need.

“The readiness of Muscovites to donate funds for good causes demonstrates a high level of social responsibility and societal unity, as well as the ability of the city’s residents to come together for a common goal. The ‘Million Prizes’ program is a valuable support in this endeavor,” emphasized Sergey Gorbunov.

He noted that participants in the campaign will be able to allocate prize points to support Russian fighters in the special military operation. The funds are used for the purchase of ammunition and equipment.

Brand Support

Natalya Eremina, director of the Moscow Ice Cream Factory JSC “BRPI”, noted that recent years have especially clearly demonstrated the importance of developing domestic production and strong national brands. According to her, city projects, including the “Million Prizes” program, provide Russian companies with an additional opportunity to introduce consumers to their products, expand their audience, and support demand for goods from Moscow manufacturers.

Natalya Eremina emphasized that supporting domestic brands is not an abstract task. Her company underwent a transformation from developing an international brand to its own brand, and in practice, they saw how important access to new platforms, direct contact with consumers, and support from the city are for the manufacturer. “Million Prizes” unites the interests of residents, entrepreneurs, and the city: Muscovites discover quality Russian products, manufacturers gain new customers, and businesses have additional opportunities to participate in socially significant and charitable projects. This is precisely how the consolidation of society and business is formed, which is especially important today, added Natalya Eremina.

Digital ecosystem

In conclusion, the head of the State Public Institution “New Management Technologies”, Alexander Pishchelko, reminded that the city loyalty program “Million of Prizes” has long been a part of Moscow’s digital ecosystem, formed around the project “Active Citizen”.

Various promotions and events within the program are held year-round. Users earn points for participating in city projects and events, voting, completing various tasks, and much more. These points can be used to obtain souvenirs, museum tickets, discounts at popular supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, as well as be directed towards charity. Just last year, the program showcase featured more than 900 goods and services.

Alexander Pischelko noted that the city program “Million Prizes” has grown into a unique ecosystem of digital opportunities, uniting millions of capital residents. Just last year, more than 1.1 million residents became active participants, received points as gratitude for their contribution to the city’s development, and made over 1.3 million orders for goods and services from the program’s partners. Over the entire period, more than 18.9 million orders have been placed. For businesses, this represents an additional flow of customers, an introduction of a new audience to the brand, and an opportunity to participate in a significant city initiative.

How to participate in the campaign

To participate in the “Million Prizes” program drawing, you must have a complete account on the mos.ru portal (for those voting online), an active voting right (18 years or older), permanent registration in Moscow, or submit statement for voting at the location in Moscow (mobile voter) — for residents of another region. Next, you need to participate in voting at the elections in Moscow from September 18 to 20.

“Million Prizes” is a consumer demand stimulation program. It was first proposed to be organized and held by the Moscow community of entrepreneurs in 2020, during a period of declining consumer activity amid coronavirus restrictions. The initiative was supported by Government of Moscow and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The first draw was held during the nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The essence of the program is the opportunity to earn reward points for participating in a particular vote. At the same time, it does not matter who exactly the resident voted for; their choice does not affect the fact of participation in the program.
