In the OAT Group (part of the PJSC KAMAZ structure), the results of the quarterly assessment of the enterprise rating for product quality have been summarized. The leader according to the comprehensive assessment results for the second quarter of 2026 was LLC SAAZ Komplekt.
The procedure is aimed at systematic control of the effectiveness of quality management systems across all sites of the holding company and stimulating continuous improvement of production processes. As part of the assessment, a package of key indicators covering the entire production cycle was analyzed – from incoming inspection of raw materials and components to the release of finished products and their shipment to the end consumer. The rating is also conducted to identify best practices among the Group’s enterprises and to determine priority areas for further development.
The evaluated parameters included indicators of technological discipline, the degree of compliance with current standards, the level of production defects, adherence to internal regulations and procedures, as well as indices of satisfaction of internal and external consumers.
Based on a comprehensive analysis, the leading enterprise among the OAT Group sites was identified. It is LLC “SAAZ Komplekt”, specializing in the production of suspension shock absorbers. The enterprise demonstrated commendable results across multiple criteria, confirming the stability of its production processes.
