In the year of the 70th anniversary of Builder’s Day, extensive work on infrastructure development aimed at creating comfortable living conditions for people continues across Russia’s construction sector. This is facilitated by the activities of many departments and organizations, including the public-law company “Unified Customer in the Construction Sector,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the company’s supervisory board Marat Khusnullin.

“Developed infrastructure is an important factor for a quality and prosperous life in the regions. In recent years, Russia has been actively constructing both large medical and cultural centers, as well as small but necessary schools and clinics for residents. The company ‘Unified Customer’ is responsible for the construction, reconstruction, and repair of many socially significant facilities across the country. Since 2021, company specialists have built and reconstructed over 130 federal-level facilities, and have also restored and built more than 3,800 facilities in the reunited regions. Currently, the total project portfolio of the ‘Unified Customer’ exceeds 5,500 residential and social facilities,” said Marat Khusnullin.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that since the beginning of 2026, under the control of the “Unified Customer,” 11 federal-level facilities have been built and about 200 sites in historic regions have been restored. Among them are landmark cultural, educational, and scientific facilities that have become real points of attraction for citizens.

Among the key achievements of the company are the comprehensive reconstruction and restoration of the historic building of the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, the construction of a unique world-class campus at the Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg, a new large-scale Center for Innovative Educational Technologies in “Artek”, buildings of federal children’s rehabilitation centers in Yevpatoria and Podolsk, a new building for the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, the renovated clinic of the A.F. Tsyba Medical Radiological Scientific Center in Obninsk, and many other projects.

Currently, the company continues work on creating the museum town for the Pushkin Museum and a new building for the State Historical Museum in Moscow, constructing the “Kantiana” campus of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University in Kaliningrad, erecting a new building for the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology in Saint Petersburg, reconstructing the V.I. Filatov Yekaterinburg State Circus, as well as performing major repairs of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences complex and the buildings of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Moscow.

“The company will continue to strive not only to increase its project portfolio and construction volumes for the benefit of the citizens of Russia, but also to raise quality standards in the construction of facilities. We will continue to pay special attention to the restoration of residential and social infrastructure in the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, as well as the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. After all, every facility we deliver helps people restore their usual way of life and creates new conditions for further development. It is very important that, thanks to the constructive work of builders, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cultural and sports institutions are reopening there, and more and more people are returning to their homes,” noted Karen Oganesyan, CEO of the PPP “Unified Customer.”
