In Kryukovo, the zero cycle construction work of the industrial production complex has been completed. The facility is being built within the framework of large-scale investment project (MAiP). This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.
“In 2024, the city granted the investor a land plot of 1.1 hectares in the Kryukovo area at a preferential rate of one ruble per year. Here, as part of a large-scale investment project, the construction of an industrial-production complex — the ‘707’ technopark — continues. On the site, zero-cycle works have been completed: the excavation pit has been dug, the monolithic retaining walls are ready, and reinforced concrete piles for the building structure have been installed. The total area of the facility will exceed 17 thousand square meters,” said Vladimir Efimov.
In addition to its status as a large-scale investment project, the technopark has been included in the city’s program to stimulate the creation of jobs. The implementation of the project in Zelenograd will enhance the economic potential of the district.
“By the order of Sergey Sobyanin, the capital is consistently developing a support system that simultaneously enables the creation of modern production facilities and new jobs. This is made possible by a combination of various tools: the implementation of large-scale investment projects and a program to stimulate the creation of workplaces. A vivid example of this approach was the construction of the technopark in Zelenograd. The project will create 300 new jobs. At the same time, the technopark will become a full-fledged environment for working and developing business: in addition to production premises, it includes office and coworking spaces, a cafeteria, a gym, and other facilities necessary for the comfortable work of employees and residents,” added the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of City Property, noted that the land was leased to the investor for five years, during which the facility must be constructed. It is planned that the complex will include 16 workshops focused on the construction industry. The project involves organizing the production of woodworking products from assembly units, including components of case furniture, as well as products for house construction: window blocks and roofing materials. Additionally, the production of light industry goods is planned.

Assigning the status of technopark to objects allows for the creation of sites in the capital for localizing high-tech business in the fields of scientific research and development, information and communications, technical testing, analysis and certification, as well as processing manufacturing.
Kristina Kostroma, the head of the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, added that the construction of the technopark “707” will allow the localization of new high-tech manufacturing in Moscow. Such sites become a base for import substitution and the production of competitive products in the construction segment.
Large-scale investment projects have been implemented in the capital for over 10 years and remain one of the key tools for developing the city economy.
