Almost 47 thousand employees of Rosneft and its subsidiaries participated in volunteer projects during the first half of 2026. Within the framework of the corporate program “Good Deeds Platform,” oil workers held 756 events across the country.

The program unites caring Company employees across the country. Their efforts are aimed at supporting children, the elderly, veterans, preserving nature, and helping those who find themselves in difficult life situations.

The main areas of volunteer work are social support and ecology. Over six months, 170 projects were implemented for children, with more than 8.3 thousand kids receiving assistance. Environmental initiatives became some of the largest: 215 projects brought together 19.2 thousand participants. The donor movement also remains an important direction – more than 7.3 thousand volunteers took part in the “Honored Donor of Russia” campaigns, and on National Donor Day, April 20, over 3.1 thousand people donated blood.

Special attention is given to the older generation. As part of 60 projects, assistance was provided to 701 veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Another 44 projects were dedicated to supporting elderly and socially vulnerable citizens, covering 1.9 thousand people. Support was also received by 485 representatives of large families and 452 people with disabilities.

Volunteer activities were held in almost all regions where the Company operates. For example, employees of “RN-Project Development” built a greenhouse at a boarding school for 340 children with developmental disabilities and joined the “Snow Watch” campaign – clearing snow from areas and pathways to the homes of those in need of assistance.

The team of “Samotlornetgaz” held a “Month of Spring Care.” The workers organized a charity run called “Dobropeg” to raise funds for the treatment of a girl with cerebral palsy, donated over 200 kilograms of feed to an animal shelter, and conducted workshops on a healthy lifestyle. Employees of “RN-Krasnodarneftegaz” collected books to renew the collections of several rural libraries as part of the “Gifting Books from the Heart” campaign.

Environmental initiatives were carried out across the country. In the Irkutsk region, volunteers from “Verkhnechonskneftegaz” planted about two thousand pine seedlings as part of the international campaign “Memory Garden” and released 85 thousand grayling fry into the Belaya River to maintain the ecological balance of the water bodies. Employees of “Samotlornftegaz” planted over 38 thousand seedlings in the Krasnoyarsk forestry and improved the area near a spring in the Kinelsky district. The company “RN-Yuganskneftegaz” organized a large-scale eco-campaign “Turn in waste paper – save a tree,” during which more than 520 kg of paper and cardboard were collected. In “Sevkomneftegaz,” ecological rafting trips on the Pyakupur River were organized, during which more than 100 kg of garbage was collected. Volunteers from subsidiaries in the Orenburg region conducted a cleanup of the dendrological garden area in the “Buzuluksky Bor” National Park.

A separate focus is cooperation with the All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth “Movement of the First.” During the first half of the year, oil workers and young activists carried out 63 joint projects, involving more than 2,400 children. The kids participated together in environmental campaigns, career guidance meetings, and patriotic events. For example, at the Angarsk polymer plant, an intellectual game “Russia — My Motherland” was held jointly with students from the “Movement of the First,” bringing together more than 200 people. At the Ufa branch of RN-Engineering Production, a career guidance meeting about oil professions was held for schoolchildren.

Volunteering is an integral part of Rosneft’s corporate culture. The “Platform of Good Deeds” program has been implemented for over four years and unites tens of thousands of employees.
