Order dated July 18, 2026 No. 1889-r
200 million rubles will be allocated for the development of the “Stark” industrial technopark in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Federal funds will be used for infrastructure modernization and the additional equipping of the technopark. This will create additional conditions for attracting representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, ensuring the rapid launch of promising productions, and bringing products to market.
“We expect that federal assistance will soon allow the launch of new businesses there and the creation of jobs, which will have a positive effect on the economy of the region, the country as a whole, and on addressing the tasks within the framework of the national goals defined by the head of state,” noted Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with as deputy prime ministers on July 27.
Industrial technoparks are specialized sites prepared for the implementation of production projects and developments. Within the framework of the state support mechanism for their infrastructural development, regions receive federal funding based on a selection conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development. Modern production infrastructure creates conditions for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises by reducing financial costs, facilitating access to engineering networks, equipment, and services necessary for launching and scaling a business, which contributes to their increased efficiency and the development of the regional economy as a whole.
