On the evening of July 21, a special symphonic concert was held at the Harbin Concert Hall dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship, and Cooperation between China and Russia. Harbin, the only “City of Music” in Asia, carries a century-long musical heritage, and the joint performance of these three orchestras became a vivid example of cultural exchange.
