Specialists from the Samara design institute of the Company have developed the Handbook of Regulatory Costs for Work on Preparing Documentation for Geotechnical Monitoring. This is the first document in Russia that regulates the calculation of costs in this area of work.

The standards will provide the domestic estimating community with a unified, transparent approach to the formation and determination of the cost of work, reducing labor costs for the preparation and approval of the estimate with the customer.

The cost of design work is determined depending on the main technical and economic indicators of the designed facility. When developing the standards, the Company’s specialists reviewed and processed a dataset covering more than 1,400 structures. For each structure, the actual labor costs for the development of design documentation were taken into account.

As part of the implementation of the “Rosneft – 2030” development strategy, the Company consistently optimizes production processes. A systematic approach to cost management and the introduction of innovations help maintain leadership positions in the industry and ensure sustainable growth amid a changing market environment.

The introduction into force of the regulatory document is approved by the order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated June 17, 2026, No. 383.
