Manila, July 22 /Xinhua/ — As facts show, consenting to external forces’ interference in regional affairs and deliberately inflaming maritime disputes can only lead to the Philippines becoming a blind tool used by others. This was stated on Wednesday by China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
