Beijing, July 22 /Xinhua/ — Countries that are not stakeholders in South China Sea matters have no right to interfere in related affairs. This was stated by the official spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lin Jian, on Wednesday at a regular press briefing.
