The “City of Tasks” project, in collaboration with the capital’s Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development has prepared new missions for the townspeople. Participants will have to assess the condition of rental bikes and electric scooters of the “Velobike” city service.
If a Muscovite notices malfunctioning bicycle or electric scooter, for example with flat tires or a damaged steering wheel, seat, or basket, he can take the corresponding job.
You will need to open the report form, carefully inspect the equipment, answer questions, and document any malfunctions with photos. Next, you need to log in to application or the web version of the service “Velobike”, and then take a screenshot of the map showing the location where the problematic vehicle is located. After that, you need to return to the reporting form: upload the screenshot, provide your coordinates, attach photos of the vehicle itself (a wide shot) and its license plate, and then submit the materials for review. The number of places is limited.
For each successfully completed task, the participant will receive 300 points in the city loyalty program “Million Prizes.” Accumulated points can be used to obtain various goods and services from the program’s partner organizations, as well as be directed to charity. You can choose a suitable option for using the points in special categories on the “Million Prizes” website.
Project “City of Tasks” appeared in January 2022. With its help, Muscovites can monitor the work of city services, join ecological, cultural, sports, and other events. Participants have already completed more than 3.7 million tasks. The project is developed by the State Public Institution “New Management Technologies” and the capital’s Department of Information Technology.
The creation, development, and operation of electronic government infrastructure, including the provision of mass socially significant services, as well as other services and electronic-form services, correspond to the objectives of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” and the regional project of the city of Moscow “Digital Government Administration.”
