The future technopark “TechnoPark” in Troitsk has been included in the list of priority investment projects. This was announced on his channel in in the “Max” messenger reported Sergey Sobyanin.

“The main residents of the new technopark will be enterprises in the fields of precision mechanical engineering, energy, robotics, and information technology,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The area of the facility will be 20.9 thousand square meters. The three buildings of the complex are planned to house laboratory, production, and administrative premises for residents. More than 550 new jobs will be created here.

The investment volume for creating the technopark will amount to about 1.6 billion rubles. The IPP status will allow the investor to reduce the property tax rate to zero, and the land lease rate will be reduced to 0.01 percent of the cadastral value.

In addition, there are direct investments in the technopark residents from the group’s own venture fund, Technospark Ventures, as well as from partner funds. The investments will be directed at the early stages of technology development or product creation.

The launch of the technopark “TechnoSpark” is scheduled for 2028.

Currently, the status of PPP has been assigned to 19 projects, including the reconstruction of the “Udarnik” cinema, the creation of technoparks “ZIL”, “Kalibr”, “Ryabinovaya 44”, “Newton Plaza”, “NTV”, industrial complexes of the companies “Elitegroup Invest”, “Alpha Automotive Technologies” and others.
