In Moscow, the final of the corporate festival “Rosneft” “Energy of Talents” took place on the stage of the cultural center “Strogino”, which was attended by employees from 41 Company enterprises.
Rosneft has been holding creative contests annually for its employees and their family members for more than 15 years. In 2026, over 7,000 employees from 65 Company’s enterprises across the country participated in the qualifying stage of “Energy of Talents.” More than 200 contestants advanced to the final.
Participants competed in eight categories – solo and group vocals, choreography, instrumental genre, vocal-instrumental genre, original genre, photography, and fine arts.
Over the course of two days, the finalists presented their creative performances and unique talents to a professional jury. The jury included well-known musicians and choreographers, among them: the director of the Sretensky Monastery Choir Fyodor Stepanov, the artistic director of the Sretensky Monastery Choir Andrey Poltorukhin, singer and soloist of the VIA “Sinyaya Ptitsa” (Blue Bird) Alexander Drozdov, musician and laureate of international competitions Vyacheslav Kiselev, choreographer and instructor at the Domisolka musical theater Evgeny Shvets, the artistic director of the Strogino Cultural Center Anton Mitnev, and others.
In addition to the main categories, the jury awarded 11 contestants with special prizes. Moreover, during the competition days, creative workshops on acting, choreography, and vocals were organized for all participants.
Rosneft actively participates in significant projects of Russian cultural life, each of which becomes a vivid phenomenon and defines the cultural image of the country. Among them are the Choir of the Sretensky Monastery, the State Hermitage, the Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center, the White Ship project, and Tatiana Navka’s ice shows. With Rosneft’s support, the exhibition of the People’s Artist of Russia Nikas Safronov titled Dream Vision was held with great success in India; in Qatar, performances by Mariinsky Theatre artists under the direction of Valery Gergiev took place with the production Thousand and One Nights; and in the Indian city of Ahmedabad, Tatiana Navka’s show The Love Story of Scheherazade toured.
