Beijing, July 20 /Xinhua/ — Premier of the State Council of China Li Qiang on Monday sent a telegram to Andy Burnham, congratulating him on his appointment as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
In his message, Li Qiang pointed out that China and the United Kingdom are permanent members of the UN Security Council and major world economies. As he noted, strengthening dialogue and cooperation will not only promote the development of both countries but also contribute stability to the maintenance of peace worldwide.
The Premier of the State Council of the PRC expressed readiness to work together with E.
