Companies that submit applications to participate in the 29th annual Moscow Exchange annual reports contest by July 25 will receive an additional point in the final evaluation. Applications are accepted until August 25, 2026.
The annual report competition is the key event of the year in the field of investor relations, which will help identify the best corporate governance practices.
Its platform evaluates the quality of information disclosure, the level of business transparency, and the effectiveness of communication between issuers, shareholders, and the professional community.
Any Russian or foreign company preparing an annual report in Russian or English can participate in the Moscow Exchange annual report competition. To do this, it is necessary to fill out application form and attach the 2025 annual report in electronic form in PDF format.
The awards ceremony for the winners of the Annual Reports Competition will take place at the Moscow Exchange Corporate Governance Forum on October 29, 2026.
Nominations of the 29th Annual Report Competition
Grand Prix:
- “The best annual report of a company with a capitalization of over 200 billion rubles”;
- “The best annual report of a company with a capitalization from 40 to 200 billion rubles”;
- “The best annual report of a company with a capitalization of up to 40 billion rubles”;
- “Best annual report of a private company”;
- “Best Annual Sustainability Report” (co-founder – RSPP).
Other nominations:
- “Best debut”;
- “Breakthrough of the Year”;
- “Best Annual Report: Effective Communication”;
- “The best disclosure of corporate governance”;
- “Best ESG Disclosure”;
- “The best representation of the company and strategy”;
- “Best annual report of a new issuer on the capital market for the past 3 years (2023–2025)”;
- “Best Annual Report of an SME Issuer” (co-founder – SME Bank);
- “Retail Investors’ Choice” (co-founder – retail investors community).
