Astana, July 15 /Xinhua/ — The philosophy of state governance and development strategy set forth in the works of the President of China, Xi Jinping, hold great value for Kazakhstani readers. This was stated in an exclusive interview with Xinhua by Elnur Beisenbayev, Head of the Domestic Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, during the presentation of the fifth volume of the book “Xi Jinping on State Governance,” held on Wednesday in Astana.
E. Beysenbayev believes that the book “Xi Jinping on State Governance” will serve as an important source for Kazakhstani readers seeking to gain a deeper understanding of China’s political course, state governance experience, and long-term strategic goals.
A representative of the administration of the Kazakh president emphasized that China is a reliable friend, a good neighbor, and a strategic partner for Kazakhstan, while the high level of mutual trust and constructive dialogue between the heads of the two states create a solid foundation for taking bilateral cooperation to new heights.
In recent years, as noted by E. Beisenbaev, the eternal all-encompassing strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China has been filled with new substance, and cooperation in trade and economic, investment, transport and logistics, digital, and humanitarian spheres has been progressively deepening.
The Xinhua interlocutor emphasized that Kazakhstan and China have many similar approaches to improving the efficiency of public administration, maintaining social stability, and ensuring sustainable development.
“I think the most important thing is to implement the most advanced and effective forms of country governance. China has much to teach in this regard,” said E. Beysenbayev.
According to him, after becoming familiar with the work “Xi Jinping on State Governance,” he became especially aware of one of the characteristic features of Chinese state governance philosophy: reforms and development in China are carried out based on systematic planning, in stages and in an orderly manner.
“The most important part of governance in the People’s Republic of China is that every reform there is carried out step by step,” the politician noted.
According to E. Baisenbayev, China’s achievements in poverty alleviation, economic development, scientific and technological progress, digital transformation, and the implementation of long-term state strategies deserve the closest study.
He added that the presentation of the fifth volume of the book “Xi Jinping on State Governance” has become a new important milestone in the cultural and humanitarian cooperation and mutual enrichment of the civilizations of Kazakhstan and China.
“I am confident that the publication of the fifth volume of this profound and meaningful book will be an important event for political scientists, experts in international relations, the scientific community, students, and also for everyone who studies the language, culture, and socio-political development of China,” concluded E. Beisenbayev.
