Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and the head of Rosmolodezh, Grigory Gurov, summed up the results of the competition “Rosmolodezh.Grants: Move Communities,” as well as grant competitions held at youth events from May to July 2026. The competitions are implemented as part of the national project “Youth and Children.” Lists of winners of the grant competition for youth events and the “Move Communities” contest published on the official website of Rosmolodezh.
“The task of society and the state is to help young people find an activity that they would enjoy and in which they could achieve outstanding success. These are the words of our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Grant competitions of Rosmolodezh within the framework of the national project ‘Youth and Children’ help to solve these tasks. Thanks to them, students of colleges and technical schools create sports sections, develop mentoring, volunteering, implement scientific projects, and launch media. Grants are also allocated for holding competitions and career guidance events in secondary vocational education organizations. Congratulations to the winners, I wish them to approach the implementation of projects responsibly and to use the received grants for activities that will bring tangible positive results,” said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
Thus, the contest “Rosmolodezh.Grants: Move Communities” of the national project “Youth and Children” helps to develop student communities in colleges and technical schools. As a result of the competitive selection, grants were awarded to 69 initiatives totaling almost 70 million rubles.
The winners of the competition presented initiatives aimed at engaging prospective students in student life, developing connections between professional educational organizations, transferring experience from graduates to students, and creating sustainable teams. The average grant amount was nearly 1 million rubles, with the maximum size almost 2 million rubles. The most active participation in the “Drive Communities” competition came from authors from Karelia, the Saratov region, and the Altai Territory.
In addition, the results of grant competitions held at youth events in various regions of Russia have been summed up.
“The grant competition of Rosmolodezh allows young people to receive state support and implement their social initiatives in various fields – from science to creativity. To ensure that the applications are of high quality and bring practical benefits, young people can refine their ideas with the support of experts and defend their initiatives in person at youth educational programs, as well as learn how to properly prepare reports on the projects carried out and the funds received. From May to July, at 17 educational venues, 103 initiatives won in various areas – from promoting a healthy lifestyle to preserving historical memory. We support grant recipients at all stages – from submitting applications to preparing reports, since receiving a grant is also a great responsibility for the outcome and an opportunity for growth,” noted Grigory Gurov, the head of Rosmolodezh.
Let us recall, until July 16, young authors from Russia and Abkhazia aged 14 to 35 can submit their social initiatives to the competition “Rosmolodezh.Grants: microgrants and receive up to 300 thousand rubles for their implementation. Current youth events, at which in-person grant competitions are held, are presented on the FGAIS website “Youth of Russia”.
