Beijing, July 14 /Xinhua/ — The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China has allocated 30 million yuan (approximately 4.4 million US dollars) from the central budget to support restoration work in Liaoning Province in northeast China, which was recently affected by heavy rains and floods.
