The annual meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders of PJSC “Tutaev Motor Plant” took place. The meeting reviewed the results of the activities of the subsidiary of PJSC “KAMAZ” in the Yaroslavl region for the year 2025.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC “TMZ”, Deputy General Director of PJSC “KAMAZ” for automotive components Yuri Gerasimov noted that last year the Tutaev engine builders achieved good results, and the plant is developing.
Production of automotive winches has increased – their output in 2025 doubled compared to 2024. Continuous work is underway to improve tractor engines – prototype engines with Common Rail type fuel equipment are undergoing field tests as part of tractors.
The plant management pays great attention to social programs: in 2025, the road in front of the enterprise was repaired, a new men’s locker room was built in the forging and pressing shop, and repairs were carried out in the production and household premises.
Dmitry Gurtovoy, CEO of PJSC “TMZ,” spoke about the company’s team plans for 2026. It is planned not only to achieve all the targets set by the business plan but also to improve them. The plant will continue working in diesel engineering by developing the V8 and R6 engine lines.
The shareholders approved the annual report of PJSC “TMZ”, the annual financial statements, and elected the new composition of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission.
