Elvera Minnegalieva, an engineer at the Logistics Center of PJSC KAMAZ and the winner of the “Sabantuy Guzelle – 2026” contest, spoke about her work at the company and participation in youth events.
Recall that in June 2026, eight finalists competed for the title of the main beauty of the Plow Festival. The jury evaluated national color, artistry, knowledge of traditions, intelligence, and charm. The competition final traditionally took place at the Energetik Palace of Culture in Naberezhnye Chelny. The representative of KAMAZ successfully passed all stages and deservedly received the winner’s crown.
Elvera Minnegalieva has been working at KAMAZ since December 2023, having been employed by the company after graduating from KNITU. At 24 years old, she has already established herself as a responsible specialist, a trade union activist, become a member of the KAMAZ dance team, won the “Our Time – Beznen Zaman” festival, and earned the title “Sabantuy Guzele – 2026.” Furthermore, in early July, Elvera returned from the prestigious “Engineers of the Future” forum, where she represented KAMAZ alongside other young colleagues.
“I wanted to build a career at a large, modern enterprise where there is stability, prospects, and where you can learn from true professionals. At KamAZ, all of this exists. Almost immediately after being hired, I joined the trade union. I learned about it from colleagues during orientation. I decided that I wanted to be part of this movement and I have no regrets. If KamAZ opened the doors to my profession, then the trade union showed that it is possible to develop in social, cultural, sports, and creative directions as well. There are many opportunities here, the main thing is to want to take advantage of them.”, – she told Elvera Minnegalieva.
She was inspired to participate in “Sabantuy Guzel – 2026” by her friend Aigul Gabdrakhmanova, who works at the KAMAZ Press-Frame Plant and took part in this contest in 2023.
“I decided to try: I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, meet new people, and challenge myself. The competition began with a selection process: we had to talk about ourselves in the Tatar language and perform a creative number. I sang ‘Urakchy Kyz’ and danced to the composition ‘Kaytu’ by Khaydar Begichev. After the selection, intense preparation for the final began — a month of master classes in vocals, choreography, stage speech, even playing the kuray and museum tours. It was a rich and very beautiful time.”, – noted the winner, wishing the youth to be brave, active, and not afraid to set big goals for themselves. She also emphasized that at KAMAZ, all conditions are created for the professional growth and comprehensive development of young employees. This is an enterprise where one can gain invaluable experience, grow professionally, engage in creativity, sports, and find true friends and like-minded people.
