The temporary ban on the export of diesel fuel, marine fuel, and gas oil, effective until July 31, 2026, will now also apply to petroleum product manufacturers. The decree regarding this has been signed.

The decision was made in order to maintain a stable situation in the domestic fuel market. At the same time, the imposed restrictions will not apply, among others, to diesel fuel exported from the territory of Russia under international intergovernmental agreements.

The temporary ban on the export of diesel fuel was imposed by the Government at the end of January 2026. Until now, it only applied to those who do not produce diesel fuel.
