Beirut, July 8 /Xinhua/ — About 65 people have died and more than 170 have been injured during the first 10 days of the Lebanese-Israeli ceasefire agreement, with between 180 and 230 violations recorded by Israel, Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reported Tuesday, citing data from the Ministry of Health and local reports.
As the publication writes, Israeli violations included airstrikes, artillery shelling, ground invasions, and intensive drone flights.
A source in the Lebanese security agencies told Xinhua on Tuesday that Israeli settlers crossed the southern Lebanon border under military protection, and the Israeli army used a drone to place a flag on the eastern side of Ali al-Taher heights.
