New Cooperation Agreements Signed at INNOPROM-2026

The second day of INNOPROM-2026 has passed. At the Polytechnic University booth, the business program is in full swing. Today, Rector Andrey Rudskoy held several business meetings and signed new cooperation agreements.

The strategic partnership agreement with Pressmash LLC was signed at a meeting with Commercial Director Ivan Sobyanin. The main goals of the cooperation include preparing the company’s talent pool; creating organizational, scientific, educational, methodological, material-technical, and innovative potential for joint activities; joint activities in the development and implementation of scientific and technical programs aimed at creating high-tech technologies and competitive products.

Andrey Rudskoy also held negotiations with Dmitry Mramorov, CEO of SKB “Kontur.” They discussed possibilities for further cooperation in personnel training and the implementation of the company’s technologies in the university’s work and educational processes.

In addition, a cooperation agreement was signed with LLC “AMT-Solutions.” The company has extensive experience in the development and production of customized and comprehensive solutions for various industries. The enterprise provides a wide range of manufacturing services for different industrial sectors. Within the framework of the signed agreement, the preparation of highly qualified personnel and the conduct of joint scientific research will be carried out.

In addition, Rector Andrey Rudskoy held a working meeting with Anatoly Sludnykh, General Director of JSC “UOMZ.” They discussed the possibilities of future cooperation and signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the implementation of industrial postgraduate programs within the framework of the pilot project.

The Ural Optical-Mechanical Plant conducts innovative activities in creating new and modernizing a wide range of civilian products. It should be noted that at the Polytechnic University booth there is a joint development of SPbPU and JSC “UOMZ” — the anesthetic evaporator “Morpheus.” It is designed to control the concentration of drug vapors within the anesthesia apparatus during inhalation anesthesia.

Also, Academician Andrey Rudskoy, as Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and Chairman of the Saint Petersburg Branch of the RAS, visited the M. N. Mikheev Institute of Metal Physics of the Ural Branch of the RAS. This is the largest academic institute in the Ural Federal District, conducting research in magnetism, physical materials science, spintronics, and computer modeling of materials. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-President of the RAS, Chairman of the Ural Branch of the RAS, Academician Viktor Rudenko. During the meeting with the institute director, Academician Nikolay Mushnikov, and RAS Academician Alexey Makarov, the sides discussed prospects for deepening cooperation between the scientific schools of Saint Petersburg and the Urals, the transition from fundamental research to practice-oriented projects, as well as issues of technological sovereignty.

INNOPROM is a key platform for demonstrating scientific achievements that define the technological leadership of industry. The visit to IFM Ural Branch of RAS confirms the enormous potential of Ural science. I am convinced that combining the competencies of the Saint Petersburg and Ural Branches of RAS will raise the creation of critically important technologies for the country’s sovereignty to a new level. The booth of the Polytechnic University at the exhibition was visited by Vladimir Shchelokov, General Director of the Union of Defense Industry Enterprises of the Sverdlovsk Region; Leonid Shalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council; as well as academicians Viktor Rudenko and Alexey Makarov. The rector of SPbPU conducted a tour of the booth for the honored guests and spoke about the research conducted by the polytechnics.
