M. Mishustin: Dear Adylbek Aleshkovich! Dear friends!
I am sincerely glad to welcome you here, in hospitable Yekaterinburg, at the Innoprom exhibition.
First of all, I would ask you to convey the kindest words and wishes to the President of Kyrgyzstan, the respected Sadyr Nurgozhoevich Japarov, from the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and from me personally.
We highly value our friendly relations of good-neighborliness. With Kyrgyzstan, we are allies, strategic partners in Central Asia. At the government level, we ensure the implementation of decisions made by our leaders. And despite the complicated external conditions, our trade and economic interaction is developing successfully. Our trade turnover is steadily growing. Russian investments in the Kyrgyz economy are also increasing, which is very important.
Our intergovernmental commission, chaired on the Russian side by Aleksey Logvinovich, handles practical issues. (A. Overchuk). And you, dear Adylbek Aleshovich, personally lead it as well.
Trip
Russia and Kyrgyzstan have great potential for cooperation. First and foremost in industry – this is where we will look at what opportunities exist – in energy, in transport, in the field of digital technologies, in infrastructure development. Our common goal is to ensure comfortable conditions for the effective operation of our joint enterprises, to safeguard the interests of business – both Kyrgyz in Russia and Russian in Kyrgyzstan.
Russia makes a significant contribution to ensuring Kyrgyzstan’s energy security. We are discussing the creation of nuclear power generation, actively working in the field of renewable energy, and constructing a solar power plant in the Issyk-Kul region.
We traditionally pay special attention to our humanitarian ties. This is the foundation for good, partnership relations. We are expanding exchanges in the fields of education, science, and culture. We are increasing youth and interregional contacts.
We have an extensive agenda with you, dear Adylbek Aleshovich. I gladly give you the floor.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the traditionally warm welcome and hospitality. Yesterday, we had a substantive and confidential conversation during which current issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed in detail, and further steps were outlined to strengthen and expand our cooperation.
We highly value your unwavering attention to the development of relations between our countries and your personal contribution to strengthening strategic partnership and alliance.
I gladly accepted your invitation to participate in the international industrial exhibition “Innoprom.” I see this event as a good opportunity to strengthen practical cooperation between our countries.
Over the years of its existence, “Innoprom” has strengthened its status as one of the leading international platforms for showcasing advanced technologies, discussing pressing issues of industrial development, strengthening international cooperation, and establishing new business contacts.
Kyrgyzstan actively participates in the exhibition every year, presenting its national exposition. For us, participation in “Innoprom” has special significance, as it allows us to showcase the industrial and investment potential of our country and to develop advanced experience in the field of industrial innovations.
We are ready to continue actively cooperating on this platform.
Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich, today a rich political dialogue is maintained between our countries at the highest and high levels. Trade-economic, investment, and interregional cooperation is progressively developing. Significant joint projects are also being implemented, responding to the interests of our states and peoples.
