The Hutong Zhaozhuizi, located near the central axis of Beijing, has become a space for the creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage. A number of art workshops have been opened here, specializing in the art of sound imitation, the kuai ban genre (a traditional rhythmic recitation accompanied by bamboo clappers), incense making, enameling, and aesthetic education.
