The Khabarovsk Krai pavilion at the “Far East Street – 2026” exhibition is a space with a modern multimedia exhibition that tells about the key achievements and development prospects of the region in industrial production, urban planning, tourism, and international cooperation. The exposition demonstrates the key role of Khabarovsk Krai in the industrial development of the Russian Far East, and the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China within the framework of the joint development project of the cross-border island Bolshoy Ussuriysky.
“Khabarovsk Krai is one of the industrial strongholds of the Far Eastern Federal District. These are the largest investment projects, the construction of new enterprises, the creation of new jobs, but most importantly – the constant improvement of people’s quality of life. By order of the President of Russia, two master plans are being implemented in Khabarovsk Krai – for the Khabarovsk agglomeration and Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Thanks to the Far Eastern presidential unified subsidy, social infrastructure is being updated. The region is ready to offer favorable conditions to investors, is open to tourists, and is ready to share this at the “Street of the Far East” exhibition. I am confident that the region’s exposition will be interesting to participants and visitors of the Eastern Economic Forum,” said Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Chairman of the Government – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Far Eastern Federal District, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum.
The pavilion’s concept is built around the idea of moving forward, openness, and technological leadership. Modern architectural solutions, interactive formats of engagement, and digital technologies allow visitors to visually familiarize themselves with the region’s landmark projects.
“Russia’s flagship project in the East is the development of Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island – a unique territory of Russian-Chinese cooperation. Visitors to our pavilion will learn about the development of transport and logistics infrastructure, international-level tourist facilities, innovative platforms, and new economic growth points that are shaping the future of cross-border interaction. A separate emphasis will be placed on the exhibition ‘Amur River – an International Transport Corridor.’ It reveals the importance of the Amur as the main transport artery of the Far East and shows the prospects for developing multimodal logistics routes capable of combining river, sea, and land transport into a single system of international significance,” said Dmitry Demeshin, Governor of Khabarovsk Krai.
The investment zone introduces guests to the largest projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, infrastructure, and development. Modern multimedia solutions provide a complete understanding of the advantages of doing business in the region and the government support measures available to investors.
The “Technological Breakthrough” zone showcases the achievements of the Khabarovsk Krai in the fields of aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, and the development of unmanned systems. Interactive three-dimensional models, digital panels, and multimedia installations allow for detailed exploration of modern equipment samples produced by the region’s enterprises, as well as an introduction to promising areas of technological development.
The “Tourism” zone will allow you to take a virtual paddleboarding trip across the Khabarovsk region, revealing Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, and the Shantar Islands.
A separate section is dedicated to modern technologies of patriotic education and digital educational solutions. The use of artificial intelligence and interactive services allows presenting the history, culture, and social initiatives of the region in a new format aimed at the youth audience.
The exhibition is complemented by an open stage with a rich cultural program and an exhibition-sale of products under the brand “Made in the Khabarovsk Territory,” showcasing the best examples of regional production, folk arts and crafts, and contemporary design.
The pavilion of the Khabarovsk Krai is a space where traditions and innovations, industrial potential and cultural heritage, large-scale investment projects and modern technologies unite into a single story about the present and future of the region.
Recall that following the results of the EEF-2025, the pavilion of the Khabarovsk Krai became one of the best among the Far Eastern regional expositions, winning in the nomination “High Technologies”.
The 11th Eastern Economic Forum will take place from September 1 to 4 at the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok.
