The National Financial Council (NFC) at its meeting on June 29, 2026, reviewed the Annual Report of the Bank of Russia for 2025, information from the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia on the main issues of the Bank of Russia’s activities for the first quarter of 2026, as well as the report of LLC “UK FKBS” for 2025.
Meeting participants discussed the key stages of development of the Bank of Russia’s digital ruble platform project and the digital financial assets market, as well as its prospects. During the meeting, the NFC reviewed a report on incentive regulation in the banking sector.
The NFS approved the Bank of Russia’s report on expenses for 2025 for maintenance, pension provision, personal insurance of Bank of Russia employees, capital investments, and other administrative and economic needs, as well as the Bank of Russia’s regulations related to its current activities.
