Today, June 26, the annual meeting of shareholders of PJSC “KAMAZ” took place in Naberezhnye Chelny.
At the meeting, the results of the company’s activities for 2025 were reviewed. An annual report and the annual balance sheet (financial) statements of PJSC “KAMAZ” for 2025 were presented for approval, along with new versions of the company’s internal documents.
At the end of the General Meeting, the CEO of PJSC “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin and the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev presented awards to the employees who stood out the most for their significant contribution to the development of domestic mechanical engineering, achieved labor success, and conscientious work. Thirteen leaders and specialists of the divisions and organizations of PJSC “KAMAZ” received awards from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as awards from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The meeting took place on the territory of the Kuznechny plant. The venue was chosen not by chance, as it is during these days that the Kuznechny plant celebrates its 55th anniversary.
