Chongqing, June 26 /Xin Hua/ — According to Chongqing customs data, more than 200 motorcycles produced by the motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO based in Chongqing (Southwest China) were sent to the European market, which became a significant export batch of motorcycle products of this brand to Europe.
This batch of motorcycles was sent from the port of Guoyang to the city of Chongqing by river transport along the Yangtze River to Shanya, where it will be handed over to sea carriers for final delivery to Poland.
The head of the foreign trade department of the company ZXMOTO, Juan Qin, noted that in the near future the company also plans to deliver 330 motorcycles to Spain.
“Customs clearance services at the port of Guo’an are very convenient, especially within the framework of the multimodal ‘river-sea’ transportation model, which allows our products to be sold more efficiently on the global market,” said Huan Qin.
He added that previously the company’s products were mainly exported to the Asian market, and to the extent of how magnificent the results of our motorcycles at international motorcycle racing competitions were, orders from Europe sharply increased.
The city of Chongqing is a major center for the production of automobiles and motorcycles in China. In 2025, about 7.86 million motorcycles were produced here, accounting for 35.5% of the total production volume in the country.
According to official data, in the first five months of 2026, motorcycle exports from Chongqing reached 12.21 billion yuan (about 1.79 billion USD) in monetary terms, which is 9.8 percent more compared to the same period last year. -0-
