Almaty, June 25 /Xin Hua/ — In the Pavlodar region of northern Kazakhstan, a helicopter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations /MES/ of Kazakhstan “Kazaviaspas” made a hard landing. This was reported by the Kazinform agency on Thursday, citing the country’s Ministry of Transport.
The incident occurred on Wednesday in the vicinity of the settlement of Zarya. There were 13 people on board the aircraft, including five crew members and eight passengers.
According to the Ministry of Transport, there are no fatalities; information about the injured is being clarified. Department employees have begun work on conducting the field stage of the investigation.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that during the incident, the “Kazaviaspas” helicopter was involved in a search and rescue operation to find a man, which ended successfully.
