Financial News: Moscow Exchange to Include Inkab Holding Shares in IPO Index.

From June 29, 2026, ordinary shares of “Inkab Holding” (INCB) – the parent company of the “Inkab” group – will be included in the base calculation of the Moscow Exchange IPO index.

Trading of shares of “Inkab Holding” on the Moscow Exchange started on June 24, 2026, after a successfully conducted IPO. In the course of the initial placement, the company attracted 2.04 billion rubles. The group includes several Russian enterprises that manufacture cables for telecommunications, energy, oil and gas industry, data centers, and marine communication lines. Their products are used in the country’s largest infrastructure projects.

At the same time, from June 29, the shares of MTS Bank (MBNK) will be excluded from the index calculation base due to the expiration of the two-year period from the trading start date.

The MOEX IPO index consists of shares of issuers who have carried out an initial placement or direct listing of their shares no earlier than two years before the date of the calculation base formation. The maximum weights of individual issuers in the index are set at a level not exceeding the value established by the Bank of Russia for mutual investment funds.
