The KAMAZ team is participating in the XIV International Youth Industrial Forum “Engineers of the Future – 2026”, the grand opening of which took place today, June 24, in the Tula region.
This year, PJSC “KAMAZ” at the “Engineers of the Future” forum is represented by an expanded team, which included 25 people. Before departing for the Tula region, the young KAMAZ employees met with the head of the youth work department of the Youth Public Organization of PJSC “KAMAZ”, Lidiya Kasymova, the chairman of the Youth Council of PJSC “KAMAZ”, Aleksey Tarabukin, and his deputy Ksenia Amedzyanova. They addressed the participants with parting words, wishing them success at the forum and in the upcoming serious challenges.
“The mood is combative – we expect only positive emotions. This time there are 25 of us, we have split into two teams to perform more effectively in different disciplines. The task is to show an excellent result. We believe we can do it.”, – sharedChief specialist in social development of the logistics center “KAMAZ” Radik Fattalov. In turn, Lidia Kasymova noted that the KamAZ drivers are regular participants of the forum and annually confirm a high level of training.
The “Engineers of the Future-2026” forum will be held on the territory of the “Shakhter” park-hotel in the village of Bunyrëvo, Tula region. This annual event gathers thousands of university students and young specialists from enterprises across Russia. The program traditionally includes round tables and discussions with the participation of heads of corporations, directors of engineering enterprises, rectors, and politicians. Participants familiarize themselves with the latest developments and technologies of companies, as well as projects by young engineers, designers, and scientists. The forum discusses the implementation of innovations and the modernization of productions, problems of technical education.
This year, the educational program of the forum is divided into six clusters: “Shield”, “Earth”, “Sky”, “Sea”, “Technologies”, and “Digital”. In addition to round tables, panel discussions, lectures, and master classes, young specialists await competitions in team and individual disciplines. Throughout the entire forum, a participant rating is maintained. The summing up and awarding of winners will take place on July 2, on the closing day of the forum.
