Dalian, June 24 /Xinhua/ — Premier of the State Council Li Qian delivered a keynote speech on Wednesday at the plenary session of the 17th annual meeting of new world leaders of the World Economic Forum (WEF), also known as the “Summer Davos,” held in the coastal city of Dalian, Liaoning Province, Northeast China.
