Financial News: Moscow Exchange Begins Trading Shares of “Inkab Holding”.

On June 24, 2026, trading in the shares of PJSC “Inkab Holding”, the parent company of the “Inkab” group — a developer and manufacturer of optical and specialty cables, began on the Moscow Exchange. The trading code is INCB.

The “Inkabb” group consists of several Russian companies that manufacture cables for telecommunications, energy, oil and gas industry, data centers, and submarine communication lines. The products are used in the country’s largest infrastructure projects.

In the framework of the initial public offering (IPO), Inkab Holding raised 2.04 billion rubles. The company’s market capitalization following the IPO amounted to more than 10 billion rubles. At the start of trading, the free-floating share of the stock was 20.31%.
