The first module of the program “Personnel for the Economy of the Future” is being conducted on the campus of “SberUniversity.” Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova spoke to its participants. The Deputy Prime Minister spoke about the forecast of personnel demand and the provision of the economy with personnel.
The training program is aimed at preparing leaders responsible in the regions for coordinating work on personnel support for sectors of the economy and the social sphere, as well as for adapting the labor market to technological changes. It was developed by “Sber” jointly with the Government, the Ministry of Labor, the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Russia – Land of Opportunity,” and RANEPA following the directive of the President of Russia, based on the results of the session of the State Council on December 25, 2025.
“Providing the economy with personnel today is acquiring a strategic character. The quality of employment, the distribution of qualified specialists by sectors, the effectiveness of employment mechanisms largely determine the potential for economic development and ensure the solution of strategic tasks of import substitution and achieving technological sovereignty of our country,” said Tatyana Golikova.
At the center of attention of the program are the key technological trends, including in the field of artificial intelligence, affecting the economy and the labor market, modern tools for forecasting personnel needs and forming regional solutions, ensuring the achievement of national development goals and the country’s technological leadership.
More than 110 people began training – authorized officials of the subjects of the Russian Federation and representatives of federal state authorities.
The next in-person module of the program will take place on the campus of “School 21” in Kazan from July 7 to 10, 2026.
