The Business Climate Indicator of the Bank of Russia in June amounted to 1.1 points, after 1.7 points a month earlier. Companies slightly better than in May assessed the current situation with demand and production output, but their expectations for the next 3 months became more restrained.
Business price expectations in June fell for the fifth consecutive month and overall dropped below the 2021–2022 range.
The Bank of Russia conducted a survey of companies on their use of artificial intelligence (AI) for the first time. Overall, in the economy, every seventh enterprise uses AI technologies, with leaders being companies in the service sector.
