Havana, June 20 /Xin Hua/ — U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio lies and contradicts U.S. President Donald Trump by denying the fact of the oil blockade of Cuba imposed by Washington. This was reported on Saturday by the head of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodriguez.
“When the US Secretary of State talks about incompetence in Cuba, one should ask why he constantly lies and contradicts the US President and his press secretary by denying the existence of a full fuel blockade, which the White House acknowledges,” wrote B. Rodriguez on the social network X.

He added that M. Rubio “openly calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order of Cuba and persistently seeks U.S. military intervention.”
