4th-year student of GUU Aydar Minaev became a medalist of the IX season of the All-Russian Student Olympiad “I am a professional” in the direction “Creative Industries”.
The Olympiad was held in three stages: remote selection, semifinal, and final. At the final stage, participants defended projects on the development of creative industries and conducted a stream in which it was necessary to show creative industries as part of cultural diplomacy. A student from GUU successfully passed all the tests and became one of the best participants in the competition.
Now Aidar has benefits available when entering a master’s program, the opportunity to undergo an internship and start a career in a large Russian company, as well as a monetary prize.
“This victory became an important confirmation for me that I am moving in the right direction. For several years now I have been engaged in scientific research and writing scientific articles on the development of the creative industries in Russia, I manage social networks and perform as an artist on federal TV, including on ‘Russia 1’ and TNT. I am grateful to GUU for regularly covering my achievements and supporting this path. I plan to direct the cash prize toward developing myself as a subject of the creative industries — instruments, skills, and projects that will allow me to work at an even higher level,” shared Aidar Minaev with his plans.
Let us remind you that last year Aidar won the show “Catch Me If You Can” on the Russia 1 channel, and before that, he appeared in the project “Brighter Stars” on TNT.
The All-Russian Student Olympiad “I am a Professional” is a flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia – a Land of Opportunities” and is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Over eight seasons, the Olympiad’s unique participants have exceeded 1.4 million students, and more than 28,000 diploma holders of the competition have gained the right to preferential admission to the country’s leading universities.
Congratulations to our student on the well-deserved victory and we wish success in studies and professional development!
