Tehran, June 17 /Xin Hua/ — A memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States may be signed by the presidents of the two countries. This was reported on Wednesday by the Iranian state news agency IRIB, citing the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmail Baghaei.
