At the second forum “Russia and the World: Trends of Healthy Longevity”, which will be held on July 9–10 at the International Trade Center in Moscow, leading foreign scientists and experts in the fields of biology of aging, medicine of healthy longevity, and biomedicine will participate. Their presentations will become an important part of the international agenda of the forum and will allow for discussion of the best global practices in the field of healthy longevity. The forum is organized by the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation.

“Russia is actively participating in the international exchange of experience on the issue of healthy longevity. The unification of efforts of the scientific community, government authorities, and professional organizations of various countries allows for effective solutions in the field of disease prevention, health preservation, and improving the quality of life of citizens. The involvement of leading foreign scientists significantly expands the expert potential of the forum and contributes to the development of international cooperation in this area,” emphasized Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.

Among the participants are Professor Claudio Franceschi from the University of Bologna, Emeritus Professor Bryan Kennedy from the National University of Singapore, President Evelyn Bishof of the International Society of Medicine of Healthy Longevity, Managing Director Kristin Yuan Huan of the Hong Kong Longevity Medical Center, Director and Co-founder of the companies LiveBeyond and BeyondClock Julie Yin Baron, as well as representatives of leading scientific centers in China.

“Today, the issues of healthy longevity go far beyond the national agenda and become a subject of global cooperation. The forum creates opportunities for open dialogue between Russian and foreign experts, exchange of advanced knowledge and practices that can contribute to improving the quality and duration of people’s lives worldwide,” noted Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of Russia.

Foreign experts will participate in the plenary session “Russia and the world: trends in healthy longevity. Goal, strategy, tactics,” dedicated to key global trends in the field of increasing healthy life expectancy, the development of modern health-saving technologies, and international cooperation in the field of healthcare. In addition, the forum will hold open lectures by foreign scientists presenting the latest scientific data on the mechanisms of aging, the prevention of age-related diseases, and the prospects for introducing innovative approaches to preserving human health.

In the context of global demographic changes, issues of healthy longevity are becoming one of the most important directions of international cooperation. The participation of leading foreign researchers and practitioners will allow comparing the national experience of different countries, discussing promising scientific developments, and forming proposals aimed at improving the quality and life expectancy of people. The forum will become a platform for the development of professional dialogue, strengthening international ties, and seeking joint solutions in the interest of preserving the health of future generations.
