At the forum venue, the participants attended thematic sessions dedicated to the economy, modern technologies, and artificial intelligence, got acquainted with the exhibitions of leading Russian companies and regions, and also had the opportunity to communicate with representatives of business and the expert community.

At the forum, we were very impressed by the stands presented by the largest companies and regions of the country. It is very valuable that young people have the opportunity to become part of such a large-scale event,” she noted.
Anastasia Zimovetstalked about a lecture dedicated to artificial intelligence: “We discussed issues of AI use in education and everyday life, technology development, regulation of unreliable information on the Internet, as well as the introduction of neural networks into various professions. It was very interesting to hear the opinions of specialists from very diverse fields: journalists, politicians, teachers, and writers.”
According toVladimir Laptev,The forum became a significant professional experience for the trainee: “I carefully studied the stands of companies and regions, familiarized myself with the latest innovations developed by our specialists. Also valuable was the live communication with the HR specialist of the company “EtalonProekt”, responsible for the recruitment of designers in St. Petersburg and Moscow. This helped to better understand the requirements for future specialists.”
Zlata Zolotyemphasized the importance of Youth Day for future specialists: “I am very glad to have become part of such an important event for Russia as SPIEF-2026. Youth Day is an important part of the forum, since we, the future generation, can get involved in the real economy, major projects, and understand how to build our professional future. These are not just lectures and meetings, but an opportunity to introduce ourselves, showcase our developments, and receive feedback from industry leaders.”
Support for students at all stages of the competitive selection and participation in the forum was provided by the professor of the Department of Construction Technology at SPbGASU, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Candidate of Technical SciencesAndrei Egorov.He also took part in the SPIEF-2026 event together with university representatives.
In addition, students of SPbGASU – members of the university Volunteer Club – were involved in the forum’s work, helping in the organization and conduct of events.
The participation of SPbGASU students in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum became an important experience for professional and personal development, allowed them to get acquainted with current trends in the economy, technology, and the construction industry, as well as expand the circle of professional contacts.
