Norwegian archaeologists have discovered in the southern waters of Norway an 18th-century sunken ship, from which a large quantity of Chinese porcelain, some of it damaged, was salvaged, for which it was named the “Porcelain Ship.” Archaeologists note that such a rich treasure on a sunken ship had not been found before in Northern Europe.
