In accordance with the listing rules of PJSC Moscow Exchange, the Chairman of the Management Board on 08.06.2026 adopted the following decisions:
1. Enable “08” June 2026 in the “Third Level” section of the List of Securities admitted to trading on PJSC Moscow Exchange, in connection with receiving the application:
1.1. Structured interest non-convertible unsecured bonds with collateral secured by cash claims of class “A”, intended for qualified investors of the Limited Liability Company “Specialized Financial Company Caspian”, registration number of the issue – 6-01-00983-R dated 08.05.2026, ticker code – RU000A10F5H2.
2. Include the securities specified in item 1 in the Sector of companies with increased investment risk (hereinafter referred to as the Sector) in connection with the compliance with the criteria for including securities in the Sector.
