On International Children’s Day, LLC “Avtosvet” (a company of the OAT Group, part of PJSC “KAMAZ”) organized a tour of the “Polesye” toy factory for the children of employees.
During the excursion, the company’s guests visited the production facilities of the “Polesie” factory and familiarized themselves with the full cycle of toy creation – from plastic granules to finished products. The young participants of the meeting observed the operation of the molds and the process of assembling parts with great interest.
The event, timed to coincide with International Children’s Day, has become part of the corporate program to support employees’ families. “Avtosvet” implements a comprehensive program of social support for employees and their families, including corporate events, educational initiatives, and other projects.
